I’d always known when I wake up in the night just to expect to stay awake and that I’d probably not fall back asleep. Recently, due to diet changes, I started to wake up in a panic attack state and most definitely not fall back asleep.  I went to Pooja to see if she had a method that could help. She thought it might be blood sugar related (it was) and said there were hypnotherapy techniques that would help me fall back asleep when I woke up in the night.  She did some work that encouraged blood sugar stabilization which I was simultaneously working on with my Dr. 

The results were amazing!! At first I would still be woken up with low blood sugar, in the beginning 2-3 times/night, but after a snack I could fall immediately back to sleep. Something that has never happened before in my life!  

Now that the blood sugar has stabilized I sleep through the night most nights and if I do wake up, I can instantly fall back asleep. I can’t thank her enough for giving me this gift!

I have been working with Pooja for about 3 years now. When I met Pooja, I felt overwhelmed on many fronts, and particularly in relation to how to continue to help my three kids with special needs.  I was running out of ideas and felt fear and desperation. I met Pooja several years ago when she attended a meditation class I was leading. From our conversation I realized that Pooja was herself a meditation guide and that she worked with people to help them heal. I wondered why she had come to my class since she seemed to know as much if not more about meditation than I did. Things that she shared about her work helping others heal intrigued me because even after years of working to heal myself I felt I was still in need of help. So I called her up and asked if she would be willing to work with me. And so began our shared journey.

Pooja’s is very direct and efficient in her approach. She has many tools in her toolkit but doesn’t offer anything that she had not been successful using for herself. She is highly intuitive and does not mince her words, yet it is clear that all she says and does comes from a place of deep compassion and love for others. I had a strong phobia of medical procedures and was terrified of all doctors appointments. I wouldn’t sleep the night before my annual exam and be a disaster in the waiting room. My blood pressure would be so high they would have to wait until later in my appt and take it again to get an accurate reading.  

I did a hypnosis session with Pooja around this and was recently able to go have surgery without any fear or panic and slept through the night before. This was after one session!  It was such a huge relief to not be controlled by this fear any longer. Thank you so much Pooja!
