How is hypnotherapy different than affirmations?

Hypnotherapy has the advantage of being able to communicate with the subconscious immediately and affirmations have to be repeated consistently for a period of time till the subconscious accepts them as suggestions.

A post-hypnotic suggestion is also different than an affirmation: effects tend to be more direct, more specific, and more immediate when using post-hypnotic suggestions.

Other than that, the language of hypnosis and of affirmations is similar as both focus on positive lasting changes.

Is success guaranteed with hypnosis or any other alternative treatment that you offer ?

Our journey together is a collaborative process and if we both give our hundred percent I don’t see why we won’t have successful outcome.

Having said that , nothing is guaranteed just like conventional medicine and we have to find the right combination that will work .

Nothing should ever be treated as a replacement of medical treatment but as a supplement to increase effectiveness of the conventional treatments .

Is Hypnosis dangerous?

Myths about hypnosis have existed as long as hypnosis has which is forever .

Movies legends and books have all contributed to the stigma around the word “Hypnosis “ .Some people have heard that you can go into trance and not wake up. Or that the hypnotist can make you do things you don't want to do. These things are untrue. You are always in control, and you are always able to "came back" to full waking state at anytime if you wanted or needed to. The number one job of the subconscious mind is to protect you and it always does .
