I have always been intrigued by the human mind and how it operates. My constant quest to seek wisdom sparked my inner journey. This has led me to share my gifts. and help many people as I can as I continue on my own path.

Being raised in a culture that was religious and fear based, along with my training as an account, my biggest struggle has been my own auditor brain! To trust the unknown required a leap of faith and courage to look within and accept my own shortcomings. To accept every situation as a an opportunity for growth has required patience and persistence. My love for learning  inspired me to train in multiple alternative healing modalities and things really shifted for me when I delved deep into the practice of meditation. I believe we have no one to change but ourselves, and when we do, our whole reality changes. 

I firmly believe what can be learned, can be unlearned too because we make beliefs about ourselves as we grow which are stories we tell ourselves in a given situation. We all can rewrite our story because we all are unsung heroes of our own journey and everyone deserves the very best in life.  My strengths lie in my ability to guide my clients with kindness and empathy. With an emphasis on self-empowerment, I have helped my clients find a path back to their most authentic selves. For over a decade, I have used a combination of effective therapies for my personal and professional growth, and of my clients as well. I have empowered people across the globe to overcome obstacles and lead a balanced life by helping them recognize their innate abilities and strength to resolve any situation in their life.
